After installing the app, go to your Shopify theme editor and enable the "Exit Intent Survey" app embed. You can toggle it on or off at any time without uninstalling the app.
Make sure the app embed is enabled in your theme editor. The popup only appears when visitors move their cursor towards the browser's close button or address bar (exit intent). It won't show on every page load.
Yes! Mobile exit intent works differently since there's no cursor. The popup triggers when visitors scroll up quickly or tap the back button, indicating they're about to leave.
